 The guests rooms at Blue Harbor Resort are considered suites as they are larger than typical hotel rooms. All suites include a private balcony or patio and many also offer a fireplace.

All suites are subject to a nightly resort service fee of $12.99 per room per night, which includes; unlimited access to in-room and conference center high speed wireless internet service, parking, unlimited access to our 24-hour Fitness Center and full access, in season, to our 55,000 square foot Waterpark, outdoor pool and bar area, lawn games, private and public beaches, and daily housekeeping, if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: If guests are looking to add on any additional days before or after the reunion, the price will be $299.00 with a resort fee of $24.99. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If an individual decides to cancel their hotel room within 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night will be forfeited to the card that was provided on the individual reservation. If an individual decides to cancel their hotel room outside of 72 hours, there is a $25 cancelation fee. If an individual decides to cancel their villa/condo reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night will be forfeited to the card that was provided on the individual reservation. It an individual decides to cancel their villa/condo reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival; there is a $50 cancelation fee. Additionally, if the individual decides to modify their reservation 14 days prior to arrival there is a $50 fee, if modified less than 14 days there is a $100 fee.
